Symptoms of Constipation
Here are some symptoms of constipation. The symptoms may vary from person to person.
- Irritability
- Tiredness
- Feeling bloated
- Stomach pains/stomach cramps.
- Not feeling relieved after you move your bowels.
Not moving your bowels everyday. (You should be moving your bowels every time you eat something. The minimum is once a day.)
What Causes Constipation?
There can be many reasons that someone maybe having problems with constipation.
- Eating food without living enzymes.
- Not drinking enough water.
- Taking different kind of medications such as painkillers and iron pills.
- Not getting enough exercise.
What Can You Do To Stop Being Constipated?
Do Water Therapy
Take 2 fluid ounces of Vemma everyday.
Drink Senna Tea
Do a colon cleanse
Eat flaxseeds
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, prunes strawberries, pears, peaches, apples, oranges, (Eat a piece of fruit before you eat breakfast and throughout the day.) greens, green beans, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, carrots, peas, and squash.
If you eat vegetables that are not green make sure you have a green vegetable along with it. For instance, if you eat cauliflower you should eat a salad along with it.
Walking and doing yoga are great exercises to do to help get your abdominal muscles moving which help you move your bowels more efficiently.

I'm with you and have no problems with constipation as long as I eat well (love those veges), drink that water and get up and move. The walking and yard work are great. Good blog!
